We were very pleased with our agent but then her senior agent, Georgie and her daughter Angie, who found the buyers, was horrible. We spoke with the buyers and we explained that we probably would not be taking everything and the buyer said that he was ok with anything that we left. In fact, he thanked us for leaving the items for him. The senior agent showed up at the house after we left and complained to our agent that she would be responsible of cleaning up everything and paying for it out of her pocket. We will never work with this agency again. Items that the buyer wanted were thrown away.

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredibly thankful my husband and I are that we had Chris as our realtor while buying our first home. From the day we did our first walkthrough, Chris has worked tirelessly for us. He came in to his office on a Sunday to sit down with us and write up our first offer, since then he has done everything in his power to make sure we got into the house we wanted. Although our offer was accepted, we ran into what seemed like countless issues outside of his and our control throughout the escrow process causing us to go nearly two weeks past our scheduled closing date. Despite the odds being stacked against us, Chris never gave up hope and fought relentlessly to close. He even went as far as to take on additional responsibilities when other entities we were dealing with fell short of their obligations. I couldn’t even begin to recount all the time he spent on the phone with us giving updates, offering advice, and calming our nerves. Our escrow was not an easy one but Chris handled it with utmost professionalism and efficiency. If there was ever a time when he couldn’t give an answer to our question, he would immediately give us a resource that could. Chris was also our reference point for our mortgage lender, title company, and home inspector (all of which we had an incredible experience with) so he truly had set us up for success from the start. Even when we encountered major issues, Chris kept us on track and never let us lose hope on our house. I can safely say he is one of the most dedicated and driven people I have EVER had the pleasure of working with and I truly don’t think we would have made it to close without him. He had our best interests at heart and never lost sight of the goal. We will most definitely call Chris for any realtor needs we have in the future, as well as recommend him to everyone we know. Thank you, Chris, we couldn’t have done it without you!!

Very clean building and the realtor I met was fantastic! The staff at the front desk are so nice and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else to find a realtor. If your looking to buy or sell your home, this should be your first stop.
